This talk describes an approach of using university teaching, mentoring, and project management as tools to create a culture of innovation. This talk reviews a 10 year route from Research Assistant at CMU to technology development and a consulting business. The unusual path starts with intentional return to Bangladesh, collaboration with US projects that has continued and grown in sophistication and size.
